Yummy, yummy, yum, yum,
yum!! This is absolutely one of my favorite supper dishes. I don’t know how
long we’ve been making this, but we’ve had this recipe for a LONG time. My
favorite part is the melted and crispy mozzarella cheese on the top. YUM!! And
my whole family loves this. And now I can make it all by myself. Which, this
has just started since we’ve been in Indonesia. Plus it’s so simple We got this
also from the Sunlight Cooks. So
here it is.
Classy Casserole
4 cups mozzarella cheese,
shredded
1 large jar spaghetti
sauce
1 pound ground beef
16oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 packages egg noodles
- · Brown ground beef. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
- · Cook egg noodles according to packet directions, drain, stir in cream cheese and sour cream (make sure the noodles are hot still) (well, duhh). With a spatula, split the noodle mixture in half.
- · Preheat oven to 190C (350F).
- · Grease bottom and sides of a 9x13. Put half of noodles in the greased pan. Put all of meat mixture on top of the noodles, then half of cheese. Pour on top the remaining noodles and lastly the rest of the cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 mins. Then take off foil and bake another 10-15 mins.
This is YESTERDAY'S post, if anyone was wondering. I keep trying to get a substitute on here. WILL DO SOON! Don't worry!
